The present invention relates to a distributed radio base station. The distributed radio base station includes: one or more base units (BUs) processing digital signals; and one or more radio units (RUs) which are installed in a service target area to communicate with a user terminal wirelessly. The BU is coupled to each cell group configured as a set of RU groups formed by grouping the RUs through a transmission network, and transmit the same burst data to the coupled RU group or cell group.
