The present invention relates to an apparatus for applying a seed film with a soil scattering unit, and a method for applying a seed film by using the same. More particularly, the apparatus for applying a seed film is installed on a rear end portion of an agricultural machine such as a vehicle mulching apparatus, a rice planting machine, a tractor, a cultivator, or a managing machine, and includes: the soil scattering unit which is arranged on the rear end portion of the agricultural machine, and includes a scattering unit frame and a scattering unit, arranged on a lower end portion of the scattering unit frame to scatter soil on a rice field; a seed film applying unit which includes an applying unit frame connected to a rear end portion of the soil scattering unit, a seed film winding unit which winds the seed film, a seed film pressing unit which presses the seed film spread on the rice field by the rotation of the seed film winding unit, and a soil transferring unit which transfers the soil scattered by the soil scattering unit to a rear side, discharges the soil to an upper side of the pressed seed film, and fixates the seed film; and a rotation means which has a first hinge unit connecting one side of a rear end portion of the soil scattering unit to one side of a front end portion of the seed film applying unit, and rotates the seed film applying unit with respect to the first hinge unit. |
