The present invention relates to an ion mobility sensor for generating an anion and a device for detecting toxicity in a gas phase using the same, which allow a corona discharge ionization source to flow in without going through a corona discharge electrode as a response area during the use of the corona discharge ionization source to improve detection sensitivity of the anion. The device for detecting the toxicity in the gas phase using the ion mobility sensor for generating the anion according to the present invention comprises: an ionizing unit (12) to ionize a compound flowing from the outside; a shutter-grid (13) to stabilize the inflow of a compound molecule ionized in the ionizing unit (12); a drift-tube (14) to adjust the moving speed of the ionized compound molecule passing through the shutter-grid (13); an aperture-grid (15) to maintain an electric field uniformly; and a detector (16) to generate a current signal when the ionized compound molecule passing through an aperture-grid (15) arrives, wherein the ion mobility sensor to circulate carrier gas therein is included to allow the compound to flow into the ionizing unit (12). The device for detecting the toxicity in the gas phase comprises: a first ion mobility sensor (2) to mix the compound in the carrier gas between the ionizing unit (12) and the shutter-grid (13), and then to allow the mixture to pass through the ionizing unit (12); and a second ion mobility sensor (3) which is in parallel with the first ion mobility sensor (2), and which mixes the compound in the carrier gas, allows the mixture to flow into the ionizing unit (12), and discharges the mixture between the ionizing unit (12) and the shutter-grid (13).
