The present invention relates to an engine room cooling system. The present invention comprises: an encapsulation covering an engine of a vehicle having an intake manifold and the exhaust manifold; a main duct guiding air introduced into the vehicle toward a side of the encapsulation; an encapsulation intake duct branched from the main duct to be formed inside the encapsulation in an intake manifold direction; an encapsulation exhaust duct branched from the main duct to be formed inside the encapsulation in the exhaust manifold direction; and an intake duct valve provided near the encapsulation intake duct to control airflow from the main duct to the encapsulation intake duct or the encapsulation exhaust duct.
