The present invention relates to a method for preparing a cold noodle paper, and a cold noodle paper prepared thereby. A cold noodle paper is made of buckwheat and starch powder which are materials for preparing Korean traditional cold noodles, and is prepared and spread for a person to place a variety of food such as vegetables, meats, seafood, etc thereon, pour a sauce thereon, and wrap the same to eat. The method for preparing a cold noodle paper comprises: a raw material preparation step for preparing buckwheat powder, starch powder, Salicornia herbacea, and sugar which are raw materials for making a cold noodle paper; a mixing step including a primary mixing step for primarily mixing the buckwheat power with the starch powder to make a primary mixture, and a secondary mixing step for secondarily mixing the primary mixture with the Salicornia herbacea and sugar to make a secondary mixture; a kneading step for adding a kudzu vine extract and edible oil to the second mixture, and kneading the same; an aging step for aging the mixed dough in a refrigerator by wrapping the same with fabric, vinyl, etc; an extension step for spreading the aged dough to have a predetermined thickness; a powder sprinkling step for sprinkling the buckwheat powder on both sides of the formed paper; a cutting step for cutting the powder-coated paper; and a packing step for vacuum-packaging the cut paper. |
