The present invention relates to a tile having an antibacterial function and a self cleaning function as a multi nanotube and a photocatalyst are immersed and coated, and a manufacturing method thereof. According to the present invention, the tile is manufactured by being sinter-fused at a low temperature after diluting anatase crystalline titanium oxide sol having a multi nanotube dipped therein in water, spray-coating the same on the glazed surface of an internal, external, or floor tile, and forming a photocatalyst thin film. The tile of the present invention has an excellent self cleaning function, the antibacterial function, and an deodorant function by a photocatalyst effect. As immersing the nanotube, the large amount of energy consumption does not occur. Accordingly, an operation level is lower, so a cheap manufacture is possible in overall. |
