A coil winding system according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a feeder unit for supplying a bobbin to wind an aluminum coil along a circumference thereof; a marking press M/C unit; a twisting M/C unit; an auto-wire winder M/C unit for winding the aluminum along the circumference; an auto-taping M/C unit for performing taping to surround the circumference of the wound aluminum coil; an auto-welding M/C unit; a rug box contract M/C unit; a screw contract M/C unit; and a packing M/C unit. Therefore, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the coil winding system and the aluminum coil assembly using the same have a weight of about 30% of copper (Cu), are proper for light weighting, have high thermal conductivity, castability, workability, and improved appearance, and allows mass production. |
