A management apparatus according to the present invention comprises: a travel recorder mounted on a vehicle and storing a vehicle travel record; a first server managing the travel record; and a terminal relaying the travel record between the travel recorder and the first server, wherein the travel record includes identification information of the travel recorder which generates the travel record and identification information of the vehicle, the first server managing the travel record of each vehicle using the identification information of the vehicle, and the terminal transforms the travel record with a second format, received from the travel recorder, into the travel record with a first format, requested by the first server and transmits the travel record with the transformed first format to the first server via a wireless communications network. |
