The present invention relates to a method to manufacture an LED lighting module including a fluorescence film controlling a light emitting angle. The method includes a first process of placing a single color light source of an LED element, having a blue or purple UV wavelength, on a PCB substrate; a second process of coating an upper part of the PCB substrate with a fluorescence substance, and then injecting silicon into the upper part to mold the part; a third process of attaching a film, mixed with the fluorescence substance, the silicon, or epoxy resin, through a remote phosphor process after the second process; and a fourth process of forming a lens shape on a plate or sheet through light exposure or formation through a micro lens array process. Therefore, light distribution using remote phosphor freely changes a beam spread angle according to a free change of a secondary light emitting surface. When a high efficiency white LED is manufactured, the fluorescence substance is equally applied onto a blue LED chip in order to minimize a loss of light efficiency and increase the efficiency of the optical conversion and discoloration of the fluorescence substance. |
