The present invention relates to a method for producing a geothermal pipe capable of simplifying a geothermal pipe manufacturing process, preventing a thermal loss due to a pipe separating plate, and reducing production costs at the same time. Namely, the present invention relates to a method for producing a geothermal pipe, comprising a pipe extruding step of extruding two thermal medium pipes using two pipe extruding dies and a separating plate forming step of extruding and forming the pipe separating plate between the two thermal medium pipes formed in the pipe extruding step at a constant interval. The present invention is capable of simplifying the geothermal pipe manufacturing process and minimizing a length of the pipe separating plate formed between the two thermal medium pipes by including the pipe extruding step of extruding and forming the two thermal medium pipes using the two pipe extruding dies and the separating plate forming step of extruding and forming the pipe separating plate between the two thermal medium pipes formed in the pipe extruding step at a constant interval. Accordingly, the present invention is capable of improving thermal efficiency and minimizing the pipe separating plate by minimizing a usage of raw materials as a thermal medium absorbing geothermal heat through a geothermal heat absorbing hole and thereafter being discharged and circulated prevents a thermal loss due to a thermal medium received and circulated to absorb geothermal heat, thereby reducing production costs. |
