Disclosed is an apparatus for ejecting a fixed quantity of liquid crystal for liquid crystal on silicon. The disclosed apparatus for ejecting a fixed quantity of liquid crystal comprises: a body unit in which a liquid transfer path is formed inside; a liquid filling unit connected to one end of the liquid transfer path; a needle which is connected to the other end of the liquid transfer path, and ejects liquid onto the upper surface of a chip; a first valve disposed near the needle to control transfer of the liquid through the liquid transfer path, and a second valve disposed near the liquid filling unit; and a liquid ejection control unit which is connected to one portion of the liquid transfer path disposed between the first and second valves, and controls a discharge amount of the liquid ejected from the needle. In addition, the first and second valves are disposed to be spaced apart from each other on the liquid transfer path.
