The present invention relates to a sensor for detecting proteases by using protease cleaving a bond between two specific amino acids, and protease cleaving terminal amino acid. According to the present invention, the sensor for detecting protease is produced by using target protease cleaving the bond between the two specific amino acids in a peptide sequence, and protease cleaving N-terminal or C-terminal amino acids, thereby exhibiting effects of detecting the target protease with high sensitivity in a coloristic, fluorescent, and electrochemical way. |
