摘要 The present invention relates to an electronic control unit and a method for compensating for torque steer. The electronic control unit for compensating for torque steer comprises: a driving torque calculating unit to calculate a drive shaft driving torque value by using engine operation information and transmission operation information; a slip occurrence determining unit to determine whether a slip occurs in a vehicle by using movement information of the vehicle; a torque steer generation amount calculating unit to calculate a slip index and to calculate the actual driving torque value of the vehicle by using the drive shaft driving torque value and the slip index, when the slip occurrence determining unit determines that a slip occurs in the vehicle, and to calculate the torque steer generation amount by using the actual driving torque value; a compensation current calculating unit to calculate a torque steer compensation current value for compensating for the torque steer by using the torque steer generation amount; and a motor control unit to calculate a basic control current value by using the steering angle and steering torque value to calculate a final control current value by adding the torque steer compensation current value to the basic control current value, and to generate a control current according to the final control current value to provide the generated current to a motor.
