The present utility model discloses a utility bin comprising a base tray, a top shell securely attached on top of said base tray, and a cover pivotally attached to said base tray. The base tray is defined by a bottom wall, a rear wall, a pair of opposing sidewalls, an abbreviated front wall, and a peripheral flange arranged on top of said rear wall, opposing sidewalls, and abbreviated front wall. The top shell is defined by an arc shaped rear shell member, a pair of opposing side shell members, an open front, and a downward flange in secure engagement with the peripheral flange of said base tray. The cover is defined by an arc shaped pivoting panel adapted to cover the open front of the top shell. The cover is provided with a pivoting anchor that is accommodated on a said pair of seats provided on the base tray. The arc shaped pivoting panel is provided with a plurality of reinforcing ribs on the inner surface thereof. |
