The present invention relates to a driving method for a convection steam oven which improves a driving efficiency of the convection steam oven; improves convenience of use; and can hygienically use a cooking room by cleaning. Also, the present invention improves safety usage and reduces cooking time; efficiently performs a cleaning driving control of the convection steam oven; performs quick brake control at opening the door; and sets a temperature control at cooking the food. |
