FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the moulding of composite sealing cap. Claimed means comprises an outer sealing cap including the top wall section and inner sealing insert. Claimed process consists in making of the sealing cap with the skirt circular section including the circular edge to confine the circular recess nearby the cap top wall section. Molten plastic is subjected to injection moulding inside said sealing cap to form the inner sealing insert nearby the top wall section. Sealing insert periphery is located inside the circular recess of sealing cap. For control over molten plastic flow in moulding the insert inside the circular recess, multiple angle pieces are arranged spaced apart in circle.EFFECT: better sealing properties.2 cl, 1 dwg |
