The present invention relates to a dust collection unit comprising: a dust collection case provided to divide a first dust collection part and a second dust collection part; and a dust collection unit having a flow passage forming member forming a flow passage guiding an air sucked to the dust collection case and the air discharged from the dust collection case. Moreover, the present invention relates to the dust collection unit and a vacuum cleaner having the same. A suction hole, wherein a portion of an outer circumferential surface is opened is provided to a flow passage forming member and a first suction flow passage guiding an air introduced to the first dust collection part is provided to the inside, configures the dust collection unit to have a more compact size since there is no structure that protrudes to the outside in the dust collection unit. |
