FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of structural part of fibrous composite provided with hollow profile (versions). Claimed process comprises the steps that follow. Blank of structural part of fibrous composite is made. Structural part blank is heat treated. Hollow profile open ends are stopped by one plugs. Processed blank is tested by ultrasound by NDT inspection. Said blank is machined to get a finished structural part and plugs are removed. Note here that appropriate plug is made of foam with closed pores or has the latter on its outer surface.EFFECT: ruled out additional processing jobs and negative effects of the plug on NDT inspections.14 cl, 1 dwg |
