<p>A device and a method for pulling on a handle of a hitch pin inserted through an aperture defined by a tow bar. The device includes a frame, a handle engagement member, and a tensioner that attaches the frame and the handle engaging member. A first end of the frame is rigidly attached to the tow bar, while a second end of the frame is substantially aligned with the axis of the hitch pin. A tension is induced in the tensioner to apply a pulling force to the handle via the handle engaging member, towards the second end of the frame.</p> |
