The present invention relates to a horizontal display apparatus for a riding basket of a high-place working vehicle regularly checking that whether or not a high-place working vehicle is horizontally positioned. The present invention comprises: a main controller installed in a lower portion of the riding basket to sense a horizontal state and the tilted state of the riding basket to be outputted as a signal; and an output unit installed in the lower portion of the riding basket and outputted to the outside in accordance with the signal outputted from the main controller.
