FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: noise suppressor contains casing with end walls, inlet and outlet nozzles, and sound absorbing element made in form of chambers filled with sound absorbing material, the chambers are made by coaxially installed perforated inserts with partitions and internal cavity of the casing. In the middle part of the element a tank is made, it is opened from side of aid duct, and is made by internal surface of the casing end surfaces of the inserts. One of the chambers contains movable in axial direction partition rigidly connected with at least two guide planks. Guide apron is secured to the partition. Element comprises a smooth surface and a perforated surface between which a multilayer sound absorbing structure is placed and consists of three layers of sound-absorbing material. The first more rigid layer is made continuous and profiled. The second layer is softer, is intermittent and placed in the focus of the sound reflecting surfaces of the first layer. The third layer is made from foamed sound absorbing material, and is placed between the first layer and the perforated surface of the sound absorbing element.EFFECT: improved efficiency of noise suppression.3 dwg |
