BAND REEL RETENTION AND UNWINDING

FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: in process implementation, reel band free end is fed via top surface of bearing drum. The latter is secured at the vertical bearing surface. The band is driven around the reel bottom surface and back to said bearing drum. The band is driven at least two times. Note here that the reel is kept suspended by two and more band layers from said bearing drum. Force of pulling towards the band free end makes the reel run about its axis to unwind the band.EFFECT: handling of all types of reels, simplified design.2 dwg
