Invention relates to medicine, in particular to hernioplasty and allotransplants. The invention provides for a covering for prosthetic mesh with hooks constructed from a surgical polyethylene having rectangular shape with rounded corners. During surgery the mesh with the covering is wrapped into a tube in the following way: the covering is localised outside the mesh, the tube is inserted into abdominal cavity, the mesh is fixed in a region above the hernia and the covering is removed outside. |
