FIELD: personal use articles.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a system, method and capsule for preparing a predetermined quantity of beverage ready for consumption, using an extractable product. The system comprises a replaceable capsule and a unit comprising a receiver for holding the replaceable capsule, and a device for dispensing fluid for supplying fluid to the replaceable capsule. The replaceable capsule comprises an annular wall, a lower part and a lid. The wall, the lower part and the lid enclose an inner space comprising the extractable product. The receiver comprises the piercing means for the lower part, intended for piercing the inlet area of the alternative capsule for making at least one inlet opening for supplying fluid to the extractable product. The inlet area of the capsule, according to the invention, comprises an inlet filter for supplying the fluid to the extractable product through it. When using the alternative capsule the inlet filter is located at a distance from the piercing means for the lower part, so that the replaceable capsule of the system is not pierced by the piercing means for the lower part. The filter is a multilayer filter comprising at least a first layer and a second layer, connected to each other. The first layer has a greater rupture resistance than the second layer, and the second layer has greater rigidity than the first layer.EFFECT: invention provides the beverage of higher quality.22 cl, 4 dwg |
