Claimed blade is made by the ply-by-ply laser sintering of powder materials in 3D format. Every ply of said materials includes non-metallic porous permeable material reinforced by metallic material that makes an array shape to preset profile of the blade. The blade surface outer ply in contact with high-temperature incident flow of combustion products is made of non-metallic porous permeable material in depth not smaller than the side of cubic array structure.
