The present invention relates to an electric motor vehicle which comprises: a voltage transforming circuit, a primary side smoothing condenser, a battery, a system main relay, a secondary smoothing condenser, an electric motor, a first voltage sensor, a collision sensor, and a controller. The controller adjusts an operation of the voltage transforming circuit, detects a primary side voltage through the first voltage sensor in a state of operating the voltage transforming circuit when collision is detected by the collision sensor, and senses that a system main relay is off by a change of the detected primary side voltage. |
