The present invention relates to a method for easily packaging seaweed noodles. Particularly, the present invention can reduce delivery costs when packaging the seaweed noodles by reducing the weight and volume of the seaweed noodles and prevent contents packaged inside from moving to the outside when transporting. To achieve the purpose, the method for storing seaweed noodles: prevents the seaweed noodles from becoming dried by applying sunflower-seed oil to the surface of the seaweed noodles; and blocks the penetration of mold or bacteria from the outside; enables a consumer to directly cook and eat the seaweed noodles without washing the seaweed noodles, and enables a consumer to eat the seaweed noodles together with sunflower-seed oil which is beneficial to a human body.
