The present invention relates to a two liquid type traffic lane painting device which controls a pressure and a flow rate of a pump in accordance to a flow speed of a first paint and a flow speed of a second paint where a hardening agent is mixed. The two liquid type traffic lane painting device comprises: a first paint storing unit storing the first paint; a second paint storing unit storing the second paint; a first pump unit performing pumping in order for the first paint to move through a first moving unit; a second pump unit performing pumping in order for the second paint to move through a second moving unit; a first flow rate measuring unit and a second flow rate measuring unit measuring the flow rate of the first paint and the second paint by being installed in a first moving unit and the second moving unit, respectively; a first valve and a second valve installed in the first moving unit and the second moving unit respectively, and measuring the flow rate of the first paint and the second paint; a mixing unit mixing the first paint and the second paint moving through the first moving unit and the second moving unit; a spray unit spraying the paint mixed in the mixing unit; and a control unit calculating a flow speed value of the first moving unit and the second moving unit based on a flow rate value of the first flow rate measuring unit and the second flow rate measuring unit, and controlling an opening and closing of the first valve and the second valve based on the flow rate value and a flow speed value. As such, two airless units of a diaphragm method are mounted on a main body frame of a manual hand guide traffic lane painting device such that the pressure and the flow rate can be controlled depending on viscosity of the two liquid type paint; thus a composition with two liquids of different viscosity is optimally mixed and applied. |
