According to an aspect of the present invention, a system for determining whether luminance meter is abnormal comprises: a case wherein a frontal window of a predetermined size is installed on one side of the frontal window; a plurality of light sources for emitting light into the case wherein the light sources are installed on an inner side of a girth of the frontal window; a brightness measuring device for measuring light emitted from the light sources and brightness outside the case; and a control device for controlling the light sources and the brightness measuring device.
