The immunological test element (1) such as a microarray comprises an analyte detection zone (14), and a combined control and calibration zone (15), which comprises fluorophore and binding partner for the specific binding of reagents (6, 7) marked with fluorophore. The analyte detection zone and/or the combined control and calibration zone are present in the form of a bar or circular spots. The fluorophore and/or the binding partner are immobilized in the combined control and calibration zone. The amount of fluorophore in the combined control and calibration zone is 0.001-5 mu g.
