FIELD: engines and pumps.SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in high pressure fuel pumps of internal combustion engines with compression ignition. The high pressure pump (1) is offered which has at least one pump assembly (6) and one driving cam shaft (3) which is functionally connected with the pump assembly (6). The pump assembly (6) has the bearing shoe (22) where the bearing roller (23) is installed, and which rolls along the working surface (24) of the cam (5), the pusher (20), into which the bearing shoe (22) and the plunger (11) are inserted. According to the invention the pump assembly (6) has elastically deformable tenon element (25) having at least one eminence (37) facing towards the bearing shoe (22) which supports the plunger (11), and several cuts located around the central through hole of the tenon element between which elastically deformable bulkheads are located.EFFECT: decrease of side play between the plunger (11) and the bearing shoe (22) therefore it is possible to reduce undesirable noise.7 cl, 3 dwg |
