FIELD: physics, optics.SUBSTANCE: display module comprises a transparent display panel and a frame which fixes the side of the transparent display panel. The frame has a communication unit which is operable to receive data, a controller which is operable to process the received data and output a driving command based on the processed data, and a display panel driving unit which is operable to drive the transparent display panel in response to the driving command from the controller. The display module further includes a blocking element which is provided at the edge of the transparent display panel in order to prevent light scattering outside the transparent display panel. The display system includes a system housing and the display module which is detachably installed in the system housing.EFFECT: invention relates to a display module and to a display system, which maximise visual and spatial use through a transparent display panel.18 cl, 40 dwg |
