FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine and can be applied for sealing of reaction cuvettes, which contain dried reagents for bioaffinity assays. System (20) for bioassay contains cartridge (4) for bioassay with reaction chamber (6) and pierceable hermetic cover (2). Cover (2) contains upper layer (8), middle layer (10), lower layer (12) and places (14), intended for piercing. In places (14), intended for piercing, cover (2) has cavity (18) between upper layer (8) and lower layer (12), with upper layer (8) being hermetic before piercing, and lower layer (12) being preliminarily cut in such a way that being pierced with needle puncture is not gas-impermeable but allows gas to flow freely out of reaction chamber (6), and said layer (12) provides tight closure of needle trace after removal of said needle.EFFECT: invention makes it possible to eliminate cross-contamination, cause by accidental overflowing or evaporation of reagent.8 cl, 7 dwg, 7 ex |
