摘要 FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to fragmentation of micro- and nanoparticles of fluid flow. Claimed process comprises laser irradiation of disperse solution of microparticles and nanoparticles. Disperse solution is forced by recycling pump at the rate of 1-10 cm/s through 100-300 mcm diameter nozzle. Note here that said laser irradiation is conducted at the nozzle outlet. Claimed device comprises laser radiation source, standby tank for said disperse solution, 100-300 mcm diameter nozzle and recycling pump. The latter can divert said disperse solution of said standby tank and force it at the rate of 1-10 cm/s through the nozzle communicated with said recycling pump. Laser radiation source incorporates the optical system for feed of laser radiation and focusing lens.
