FIELD: motor car construction.SUBSTANCE: claimed device consists of measuring frame with digital, angular and linear magnitudes. It comprises the laser instrument to project a cross-like laser beam on said frame. Holders retain the laser instrument and measuring frame at appropriate wheel. Pivoting supports allow adjustable wheels and steering wheel lock to turn free and to slide. The laser instrument is secured by the holder to adjustable wheel to output the cross-like laser beam parallel and perpendicular to the wheel plane onto measuring frame, vertical and horizontal with earth plane, secured by similar holder to the other wheel located in one plane with that being adjusted. Laser beam projected onto said measuring frame shows the vertical and horizontal deviation of adjusting wheel plane from required magnitudes. Said deviation is eliminated by adjustment of adjustable wheel to alignment of vertical and horizontal lines of laser beams with required magnitude at the frame.EFFECT: simplified design, lower costs. |
