FIELD: measurement equipment.SUBSTANCE: device comprises pressure sensors. A pressure sensor comprises capacitance sensitive elements (CSE), coaxial with a strain gauge bridge (SGB). The CSE via a charge and voltage amplifier (VA) is connected to an indicator. The SGB at the outlet has low frequency equipment (LFE) and is connected to an indicator. The device comprises a cylindrical body, inside of which there is a three and/or five-tube receiver filled with soft sealant. Receiving parts of two receivers are cut at the angle of 45°. The device in the working section of the aerodynamic pipe moves with the help of an electromechanical scanner. The scanner is controlled by a control unit. Coaxial SGB and CSE of solid design are installed in three tubes aflush with the cutting surface of these receivers. Inner diameters of tubes are 3 mm and more, with length from 0 to 30 mm. Material of the body and tubes is stainless steel.EFFECT: increased quality and accuracy of pressure measurement.4 dwg |
