FIELD: heating.SUBSTANCE: method of forecasting of maximum speed of convective drying of fine material containing free and bound moisture at any temperature condition, includes experimental measurement of the series of values of maximum speed of drying in a certain interval of temperatures of the drying agent, identification by mathematical processing of results of measurements of interrelation between the temperature of the drying agent and the maximum speed of drying in the form of the empirical equation and forecasting by calculations by the obtained empirical equation of the maximum speed of drying at which free moisture is removed, the innovation consists in that the measurements of the maximum speed of drying are conducted at two temperature conditions in which the temperature of the drying agent is measured using the wet thermometer, or using the J-d-chart of humid air and it is expressed in Kelvin degrees; then the maximum drying speed is determined at any other technically feasible and expedient temperature condition by the calculation using the formula.EFFECT: method allows to calculate the maximum speed of drying with higher precision, reliability in the express mode.2 tbl |
