FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: stator of axial turbine machine contains an external casing and row of stator blades with flanges. The external casing has holes arranged by row along the circle, and internal ring groove to lock the rings layer of the abraded material. Flanges of the stator blades are located in holes of the external casing, and are secured by means of the deposited bead between the flanges and hole planes. Holes row and internal groove partially intercross such, that part of each deposited bead is located in the axial direction in the internal groove. Another invention of the group relates to the turbine machine containing the compressor and turbine, at that at least one of the stators of the compressor and/or turbine is made as above described. During production of the above described stator initially the external casing and blades are made, then the blade flanges are installed and welded in the external casing holes. Then layers of the abraded material are located in the internal groove.EFFECT: group of inventions reduces size of the turbine machine, simplifies its design and manufacturing.21 cl, 6 dwg |
