The method for controlling medium access according to the present invention comprises the following steps of: maintaining synchronization with an adjacent communication terminal by using a beacon frame at a beacon cycle and transceiving data with the adjacent communication terminal which maintains the synchronization according to an asynchronous network operation method at an asynchronous transmitting cycle.
