The present invention relates to a cooling apparatus of air supplied to a wastewater treatment plant. The cooling apparatus comprises: a water tank installed to purify wastewater, and having a space portion to contain the wastewater inside; an air injection pipe installed to supply the air in a floor portion of the water tank, and having multiple injection nozzles as being mutually separated in an upper portion; an air supply portion connected to one side of the air injection pipe, extended upward, and separated outside the water tank; an air pump connected to one side of the air supply pipe, and supplying high pressure air to the air supply pipe; and a heat exchange portion for receiving the air from the air pump by being connected to a space of the air pump of one side of the air supply pipe, having a space which can contain the air inside while upper, lower, right, and left sides are open, having a pair of heat exchange plates, which are formed in a wave form to the other side from one side inside, which are individually symmetrical while each heat exchange plate has multiple waveforms mutually alternated, having a flat plate type inflow prevention plate which has an inflow prevention piece formed in a wave form inside in order to make the air not be entered in a space where the heat exchange plates, which are formed as a pair in upper and lower portions of each heat exchange plate, are separated, and having an air distribution plate which has multiple through-holes inside in order to equally distribute the air, supplied to the inside, to the inside in a lower portion of the inflow prevention plate. |
