A method for manufacturing a composition for protecting the scalp and improving the hair comprises: an extracting step of putting 1 part by weight of at least one herbal medicinal material independently, putting 90 parts by weight of water, and boiling at 135°C for three to four hours; a storing step of storing 70 parts by weight of the herbal medicine extract boiled in an extractor at room temperature for 24 hours; a fermenting step of putting 0.02 parts by weight of effective microorganism (EM) at room temperature into the extractor after mixing with 10 parts by weight of seawater, and fermenting at 50°C for seven to ten days; a thickener mixing step of putting 0.5 parts by weight of polyquarter and 0.8 parts by weight of xanthan gum into the extractor, and mixing the same for 10 minutes; a surfactant putting step of putting 25 parts by weight of sulfosuccinate and 12.5 parts by weight of cocamidopropyl betaine into the extractor, when the internal temperature of the extractor is 35°C; an additive putting step of putting 1 part by weight of hyaluronic acid, 1 part by weight of dipanthenol, 1 part by weight of silk amino acid, 0.5 parts by weight of moringa oil, 0.2 parts by weight of copper peptide, 0.5 parts by weight of preservative, and 0.5 parts by weight of natural preservative into the extractor; a seaweeds extract putting step of putting 0.2 parts by weight of Caulerpa lentillifera extract, 0.2 parts by weight of Saccharina japonica extract, and 0.4 parts by weight of essential oil, and mixing the same for five minutes; and an aging step of aging the mixture at room temperature for one to ten days. |
