The present invention relates to a method for preparing a poultry feed by using food waste and grain processed by-products, and to a poultry feed prepared thereby. The method comprises the steps of: a) collecting, washing, drying, and grinding food waste to prepare food waste powder; b) drying and grinding grain processed by-products to prepare grain processed by-product powder; and c) mixing 15-20 parts by weight of the food waste powder and 75-85 parts by weight of the grain processed by-product powder to dry and mold the mixture. Due to the use of the poultry feed prepared according to the present invention, remaining food which is a wasted resource can be effectively utilized and the grain processed by-product, which has no value as a commodity can be utilized to distribute a high-quality feed with low fat content and high protein content at a low price to the general, thereby leading to a decrease in production costs for livestock products. |
