A lens according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises a lens effective surface and a flange part which forms the surroundings of the lens effective surface. Moreover, the side surface of the flange part is formed to be stepped to allow the flange part to have different outer diameters, and the flat surface of a part having a smaller diameter is formed in a circular shape to process the lens effective surface and a part of the side surface of the flange part using the same processing method, thereby making the center of the lens effective surface identical to the center of the flange part. |
