FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: inventions can be used in oil refining. Slow coking furnace (10) for heating of the input material to the slow coking temperature includes heater with zone of radiation heating (14), in which the heating coil (26) with multiple parallel pipes is located. In bottom part of the radiation heating zone (14) a section of the hearth burners is located, and in top part - section of wall burners. The section of the hearth burners includes multiple hearth burners (46) located near the hearth (42), for burning in the radiation heating zone (14). Multiple hearth burners (46) make and direct flame plumes upwards, at that each flame plume is in the plane mainly parallel to the plane in which the heating coil (26) containing multiple parallel pipes is suspended. Section of wall burners includes multiple wall burners (56) located near the opposite side walls (34, 36).EFFECT: inventions reduce time of the input material presence in the radiation heating zone, increase power and average length of stroke of the slow coking furnace, reduce pressure difference in the coil, and prevent or reduce early cracking inside the coil.16 cl, 3 dwg, 2 tbl, 1 ex |
