PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an emergency alarm distribution system, which: detects a flying object flying to come and predicts falling of the flying object with good accuracy; and generates an evacuation action reference that is optimal for each corresponding region on the basis of the prediction and speedily distributes, mainly considering a receiver side, the evacuation action references as an emergency alarm.SOLUTION: A radar 23, which is an active sensor, is operated with a report from a passive sensor 21, which detects an appearance of the flying object from a monitoring target 5, as a trigger, the radar 22 capturing the flying object to predict falling information of the flying object with high accuracy. A management unit 24 compiles emergency evacuation information including a detailed evacuation action guide according to each relational position from a predicted falling point on the basis of the falling prediction information and speedily transmits the emergency evacuation information to a radio communication network 3 so as to be transmitted simultaneously to reception terminals as an emergency alarm. Each of the reception terminals 4, which receives the emergency alarm, extracts, from the distributed emergency alarm, the optimal evacuation action guide according to an up-to-date own position. |
