The present invention relates to the technical field of communications, and especially relates to a message transmission method, apparatus and system. Embodiments of the present invention provide a message transmission method, and the method is applied to an IMS network. The IMS network includes a message processing node, the message processing node receives a message for triggering the message processing node to transmit the same message content to N UEs, and the message carries the message content, and N is an integer, and N≥2; the message processing node determines that the next hop nodes to transmit the message content to M UEs in the N UEs are same, and M is an integer, and M≥2; the message processing node transmits to the next hop node a message for requesting the next hop node to transmit the message content to the M UEs. With the method provided in embodiments of the present invention, the number of messages transmitted in the IMS network can be effectively reduced, network resources are saved, and the probability of network congestion is reduced. |
