Disclosed are an assembly apparatus capable of automatically assembling an electronic cigarette electrode connector and an assembly method. The assembly apparatus comprises a turntable (201), a turntable driving device, a material fixing seat (202), a first material sensing area, a sensor, a material picking arm (21) and a controller. The material picking arm (21) can automatically assemble the electronic cigarette electrode connector, thereby reducing the manual work and improving the efficiency while saving the costs. In the process of assembly, the assembly is carried out in such a manner that the material is picked up by the material picking arm (21) and is placed on the material fixing seat (202), thereby improving the accuracy in the assembly process, then in the process of assembly the situation of material loss due to inaccurate operation or excessive force and so on will not occur, and unnecessary waste is further avoided, and all the material of the assembled electronic cigarette electrode connector is better fastened, thereby improving the performance of the electronic cigarette. With this assembly apparatus, the pollution of the material in the process of assembly can be reduced. |
