The invention relates to a piston machine, comprising a crankshaft (15) and at least one connecting rod (17) supported on the crankshaft (15), wherein the connecting rod (17) has a small and a large connecting-rod bearing eye and wherein the connecting rod (17) has a connecting-rod shank (17.1). A compression piston (13), preferably a combustion-chamber piston, is supported by the connecting rod (17) by means of an eccentric (5) and can be adjusted by the connecting rod by means of an adjusting mechanism. The adjusting mechanism is supported by means of at least one supporting piston that can be displaced in a supporting cylinder (26) of the connecting rod (17), wherein the connecting-rod shank (17.1) comprises the supporting cylinder (26). At least one supporting-cylinder component (10), in particular designed as a sleeve, is attached to and/or in the connecting-rod shank (17.1), in which supporting-cylinder component the at least one supporting cylinder (26) is formed. |
