The present invention relates to a device for learning a neutral gear of a gear actuator determining a neutral position in a shift direction of a finger operating shift lugs of a transmission by operation of a shift motor and the select motor. The present invention comprises: a finger penetration hole receiving the finger to penetrate and formed on one side of a transmission case; and a position determination groove in which the finger accesses to determine the neutral position in the shift direction, and which is formed on an inner wall of the finger penetration hole. The present invention learns the neutral position in the shift direction of the finger with respect to an absolute standard in order to more accurately set the initial neutral position. |
