The present invention relates to an X-ray photographing device, capable of having a simple structure while forming the sliding movement of a rotation part and the rotation of a sensor part only with one operating unit as well as performing both CT photography and panorama photography. To achieve the purpose, the X-ray photographing device includes a rotation part placed in a lower part of a rotation shaft through a sliding unit in order to slide in an X-ray radiation direction; an X-ray source part placed in a lower part of the rotation part; a sensor part installed in the other lower part of the rotation part through a shaft rotating unit, and including first and second sensors; and an operating part including an operating unit, providing operation force to the shaft rotating unit to switch a first rotation state, in which the first sensor heads for the X-ray source part, to a second rotation state, in which the second sensor heads for the X-ray source part, and an interlocking part sliding the rotation part to a side or the other side in response to the rotation state of the shaft rotating unit. |
